Cancellation policy

The Kinusaiga Club is our monthly kit subscription. Each month you get new Kinusaiga kits, plus our full digital pattern library while you're a member. This policy explains how it works. By subscribing, you agree to it and to our Terms of Service.
Plans and prices

Every Club kit is $27.99 USD, 20% off the regular kit price of $34.99 USD. Shipping is free.
Prices are in US dollars. Where the store shows a local currency, the final amount and currency are shown at checkout before you subscribe.
Automatic renewal and billing
- Your subscription renews automatically every month and is charged to the payment method you used to subscribe, until you skip, pause or cancel.
- You're charged on each billing date shown in your account.
- Subscription billing is handled through our subscription app, Recharge. Your first payment is taken at our Shopify checkout.
Choosing your designs
- Each month, pick your designs in your account before the cut-off date shown in your account.
- If you don't pick by the cut-off date, we choose for you: a design you don't have yet.
Shipping
Every Club box ships free, to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy, with the same processing and delivery times.
Your digital pattern library
- While your subscription is active, you get access to our full digital pattern library (PDF patterns).
- The patterns are for personal use only. Please don't sell, share, publish or redistribute them, or use them for commercial purposes.
- Library access ends when your subscription ends.
Skip, pause or cancel
You can skip a month, pause, or cancel at any time before your next billing date. Manage your subscription from your account, or email us at info@thekinusaigaco.com before your next billing date and we'll do it for you.
- Changes made before your next billing date apply to that billing date.
- If you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your library access ends when your subscription ends.
Refunds
There is no refund for a month that has already shipped. If anything in a Club box arrives damaged, defective or missing, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll replace it free or refund it, as described in our Refund Policy.
Changes to the Club
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the date it was last updated.
