Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. We don't ship to other countries at this time.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders of $50 USD or more.
- Orders under $50 USD ship for $4.37 USD.

Our prices are set in US dollars. Where the store shows prices in your local currency, the final amount and currency are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
- Delivery: 5–10 business days after your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or fees by the destination country, where applicable. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you're not sure what applies.
Gift orders
Kits marked "Gift for …" ship with the rest of the order to the shipping address entered at checkout.
The Kinusaiga Club
Every Club box ships free, to the countries listed above, with the same processing and delivery times.
