If a kit isn't right, here is how to send it back. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Return window

30 days from the day your order is delivered.

Condition

Unused kits in their original packaging.

Return shipping

You pay the return shipping. For orders outside the United States, that includes the international return postage. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged or missing pieces

Contact us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will replace them free, or refund them.

How to start a return

Email us at info@thekinusaigaco.com with your order number and the kit you want to return. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to say whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Club subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel any time before your next billing date. There is no refund for a month that has already shipped. See our Subscription Policy.
